Once an Employer Direct Billing relationship has been established, the employer will receive a monthly invoice.
This then allows the employer to contribute what they desire to the employee and payroll deduct the remainder.
Establishing an ICHRA allows a company the ability to be entirely flexible in its employee options.
If some of your employees do not fit the Healthcare cooperative model then this would allow you the ability to offer them a set amount of funds towards another solutions. This is a feature that can be turned "on" at anytime once an Employer account is established.
