Preventative Benefits for all Employees

  • All employees will be covered with a robust preventative healthcare package
  • No provider networks - they can choose!
  • They will simply take a photo of the itemized proof of payment for an eligible expense and upload it to their member portal.
  • Members are reimbursed withing 48-72 hours! 

Benefits for Employers

  • All administrative healthcare solutions for your employees are taken care of 
  • One time set up fee of $500. This is a tax free business expense.
  • Health Access Solutions will invoice you with a list bill per your payroll schedule.
  • As an employer you are responsible for a minimum of $124 monthly
  • All of your employees will benefit from the Preventive Core Program
  • This employer contribution is a business expense

Above and Beyond Features Of the Health Care Cooperative versus the most healthshares


  • An annual out-of-pocket maximum cap of $4,000 for individuals and $8,000 for families for eligible member expenses outside of a health incident
    • Provides protection currently against multiple middle-ground expenses
    • If a third event occurs which exceeds chosen deductible , it will be paid at dollar one.


  • No cap on member-related expenses for existing conditions in after 36 months of membership
    • Compares to maximum allowable for pre-existing conditions after phase in with healthshares
  • Depending on employee group size there is a per person for pre-existing conditions upon enrollment


  • New advocacy support and access to top specialist for your unique health circumstance


  • A 2 active event exposure (lowest in industry) along with with annual out-of-pocket limits for added financial protection. 
  • If several medical expenses occur that are not reimbursable otherwise, exposure is limited to 4k annually for an individual member and and 8k for a family. All eligible expenses above that are shared as a second method to protecting the member.

  • There are two plan options for you to choose from, with annual benefit maximums of $1,500 or $2,500.
  • Because this is a Co-op membership and not insurance, it requires post-tax payroll deductions rather than pre-tax. However, we believe the enhanced benefits significantly outweigh this detail.
  • A minimum of three primary members is required to participate. Dependents are not counted toward this number.

  • There are two plan options for you to choose from, with annual benefit maximums of $1,500 or $2,500.
  • Both options reimburse 100% for preventive dental expenses.
  • Both options reimburse 95% for non-preventive dental expenses, including orthodontics.
  • Both options will pay the dentist directly as needed to help avoid any cash flow concerns s needed.

  • There are two plan options for you to choose from, with annual benefit maximums of $1,500 or $2,500. Vision feature is only with $2,500 plan
