Imagine a healthcare employee assistance program that works as an adjunct to a healthshare solution  with no network restrictions—where you have the freedom to choose your providers and get reimbursed for a wide range of services.


From healthcare visits, dental, vision, and mental health counseling to lab work, gym memberships, fitness classes, and nutritional programs, this solution is designed to support your total well-being.

Preventative Benefits for all Employees

  • All employees will be covered with a robust preventative healthcare package
  • No provider networks - they can choose!
  • They will simply take a photo of the itemized proof of payment for an eligible expense and upload it to their member portal.
  • Members are reimbursed withing 48-72 hours! 

Benefits for Employers

Basically you will define the parameters  and once defined you must provide this benefit to all eligible employees  aa



  • "All administrative healthcare solutions for your employees are taken care of 
  • One time set up fee of $500. This is a tax free business expense.
  • Health Access Solutions will invoice you with a list bill per your payroll schedule.
  • As an employer you are responsible for a minimum of $124 monthly
  • All of your employees will benefit from the Preventive Core Program
  • This employer contribution is a business expense


The employee will pair this benefit with:

  • A healthshare solution - Ideally!

Or...

  • A spouses insurance that they are part of
  • A health insurance they are on with parents
  • Medicare
  • Medicaid, etc 

Employer defines who is "benefit eligible


Example:  "All employees"

  • "All full time" (more than 30 hours per week)
  • "All Administration"
  • "All 1099 contract workers"
  • All employees working Full time in X location"
  • You will define the parameters  and once defined you must provide this benefit to all eligible employees  as a business expense

Once an Employer Direct Billing relationship has been established, the employer will receive a monthly invoice.

This is an employee Assistance Program and employer must pay for $124 per eligible employee. Dependents membership can be either employer paid or payroll deducted.

No waiting period or co-pay on preventative care and services (exception colon screenings)

Examples of Eligible Visits

(up to three per person/ per calendar year - up to 4.5k per person)


Annual Wellness Exam


Well Child Exams

Gynecological Exam (well woman visit aged 21 and over)

Pap Smear lab charge is included with gyn visit


Annual Preventive Breast Screening - which could be:

Mammogram and / or Ultra Sound, MRI, 

Thermography breast screening  and / or Ultrasound

Age 40-80


Annual Dermatological Skin Checks after age 40

LifeLine Screening


Colorectal Cancer Screening*

Age range: 45 - 80 

(covered from age 40 if 1st degree relative has positive history of colon cancer)

Screening Type: 

Colonoscopy or Procto/Sigmoidoscopy every 5 years*

Cologuard every 3 years

All Colon screening subject to a 6 month waiting period


Plus everyone may have annual  

Blood work Screenings:

- Lipid Panel (Cholesterol and triglycerides)

- Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)

- Complete Blood Count (CBC) with differential test

- Thyroid Panel TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) with reflex to T4 if abnormal

- Routine Comprehensive Urinalysis (UA)

- Hemoglobin A1C (HgbA1C)

- Vitamin D Level

PSA for men age 50-75 (or age 40 with positive family history)

C- Reactive Protein (CRP) with positive family history


USE ULTALAB to SHOP and Get Reimbursed

BloodWork does not count as one of your 3 visits and is eligible 1x per person/ per year


Bone Density Screening Post-menopausal women, every 2-3 years

Option to add on Extended Dental/ Vision

Dental & Vision

  • There are two plan options for you to choose from, with annual benefit maximums of $1,500 or $2,500.
  • Because this is a Co-op membership and not insurance, it requires post-tax payroll deductions rather than pre-tax. However, we believe the enhanced benefits significantly outweigh this detail.
  • A minimum of three primary members is required to participate. Dependents are not counted toward this number.
  • All employees must be in either the $1,500 plan or the $2,500 plan
  • This benefit does not need to be provided to all "benefit eligible" employees like the Preventative Program must

  • There are two plan options for you to choose from, with annual benefit maximums of $1,500 or $2,500.
  • Both options reimburse 100% for preventive dental expenses.
  • Both options reimburse 95% for non-preventive dental expenses, including orthodontics.
  • Both options will pay the dentist directly as needed to help avoid any cash flow concerns s needed.
  • As always - like all HAS features - no network restrictions 


Vision

Added to the $250 already provided


  • There are two plan options for you to choose from, with annual benefit maximums of $1,500 or $2,500. Vision feature is only with $2,500 plan
  • On the $2,500 plan, members can also use up to $200 annually towards:
  •  Vision exam costs
  • Lenses and  frames
  • Contact lenses
  • As always - like all HAS features - no network restrictions
