Employer signs and submits List Bill Agreement.
There is a $200 setup fee.
List Bill must be completed by the 10th of the month prior to the anticipated start date. Employees will have until the 20th of each month to enroll.
Employer and Advisor create Employee notification of benefit offering (including benefit amount if any) and authorization document:

Distribute document and obtain employee authorization for payroll deduction of full amount.

Employees attend introduction Webinar and upon completion are given the custom education click funnel and enrollment platform.

List Bill Dates & Status
List Bill: On the 22nd of month MPB generates and sends to employer list-bill due upon receipt for 1st of the following month.
If not paid by the 10th the Employer Group is Suspended (No Claims will be paid).
If Not Paid by the 1st of the following month the account will be terminated.
