- Life Care is there to help with all of life's everyday challenges such as stress, anxiety, family struggles, financial issues, elder care guidance and counseling.
- Mental Health Counseling: Members have access to licensed mental health counselors 24/7/365, either virtually via phone or in-person sessions.
- All members within any membership will have access to 4 sessions at no cost.
- Sessions are renewable with a 2 month wait in between each block of 4 visits with a max of 12 sessions, per member, per year.

Employer signs and submits List Bill Agreement.
There is a $200 setup fee.
List Bill must be completed by the 10th of the month prior to the anticipated start date. Employees will have until the 20th of each month to enroll.

List Bill Dates & Status
List Bill: On the 22nd of month MPB generates and sends to employer list-bill due upon receipt for 1st of the following month.
If not paid by the 10th the Employer Group is Suspended (No Claims will be paid).
If Not Paid by the 1st of the following month the account will be terminated.
