  • If you are ever facing a surgery or planned intervention, your MPB.Health Concierge team can research doctors, planning and administrative tasks. This is to help guide you to the best doctors so that you have the best outcome - to help the member choose the best!
  • Concierge Pharmacy - MPB.Health researches up to 7 US sites, Canadian and worldwide shopper to get you the best costs on all medicines. Concierge Lab resources with cash pay pricing
  • Your MPB.Health Concierge provides assistance with use in all aspects of your membership.

MPB.Health SECURE Membership - Additionally includes:

  • Full Affordabel Care Act  Preventative Care Insurance 


  • No waiting period applies
  • There is no cost 
  • Remain within the PHCS MultiPlan network If you do not see them listed, please call the provider, it is likely that they participate. 


  • You will show your card for Preventative Visits only
  • For all other services and needs as well as urgent care and hospitalizations, members have NO Network Restrictions


  • 64 Preventative Services and Screenings Included
  • Services and Screenings as dictated by healthcare.gov/Preventative
  • Annual Wellness Exams - Annually for adults. 
  • Well baby per schedule - several within first years of life
  • Paps and Screenings
  • Mammograms - age appropriate or high risk
  • Colonoscopy - age appropriate or high risk
  • Some Birth Control Methods included


  • All other needs may be addressed via the Unlimited Virtual Care or taken care of as a self pay patient. If the illness exceeds the chosen IUA (Initial Unshared Amount) it will go towards the NEED. The IUA needs to be met one time and one time only - no matter how long the illness or condition continues.

Medical Expenses, Hospitalizations, HealthCost Sharing for Needs above chosen IUA 

  • MPB.Health’s Medical Cost Sharing partner is highly rated and Alternative Health/ Medical Freedom Friendly
  • Medical cost sharing is not a new concept but a proven and effective alternative to health insurance
  • MPB.Health members may choose  $1000, $2500 or $5000 IUA 
  • Members are “self pay patients” up to the point of the Initial Unshared Amount (IUA)
  • If a situation occurs where a member anticipates the IUA being reached, they should reach out to the MPB.Health Concierge Team for assistance to create a "Needs Case”
  • For each medical need, the community shares in medical expenses after the Initial Unsharable Amount (IUA) is met. 
  • The Needs Case remains open until you are symptom free for 12 months
  • A membership would never have more than 3 Open Needs Cases. 
  • if there was a Need above 3 in any 12 month period, any further Need(s) would be shared in full after a $500 threshold
  • No Annual, lifetime, or maximum upper sharing limit
  • If you are ever facing a surgery or planned intervention, your MPB.Health Concierge team can research doctors, planning and administrative tasks
  • Alternative Health, Naturopaths, etc care is typically shared after a treatment plan is submitted & approved. 
  • Excellent Maternity Benefits - One IUA for entire pregnancy
  • Sharing of a pre-existing Cataract after 1 year of membership, generous therapy option sharing, hyperbaric therapy, etc. -  Sharing is above and beyond typical insurance
  • Sharing of Substance Abuse Treatment, Costs surrounding an attempted suicide, per guidelines
  • All accepted. No faith requirements. Pre-existing conditions considered with a 2 year look back. High blood pressure, diabetes 1 & 2 and high cholesterol are not considered pre-existing if no hospitalization has occurred in past 2 years
  • No sharing on pre-existing conditions for first 12 months, sharing up to $25K annual on pre-existing condition(s) months 12-24, up to $50K annual months 13-36, up to $125K annual thereafter

Specialty Physicians / MPB.Health Integration

  • All MPB.Health members are "Cash Pay" patients until they reach their IUA
  • Typically specialists like Rheumatologists, etc are difficult to get an in person visit with without waiting months.
  • This nationwide platform allows a type of priority waiting period to expedite your access into a timely appointment.
  • These providers are already onboard with a cash pay situation.

Mental Health / Counseling 

  • Life Care is there to help with all of life's everyday challenges such as stress, anxiety, family struggles, financial issues, elder care guidance and counseling.
  • Mental Health Counseling: Members have access to licensed mental health counselors 24/7/365, either virtually via phone or in-person sessions. 
  • All members within any membership will have access to 4 sessions at no cost. 
  • Sessions are renewable with a 2 month wait in between each block of 4 visits with a max of 12 sessions, per member, per year. 
  • You may be able to work with your own therapist and sessions are set up within a day or two for members.

    How this works month to month

    List Bill Dates & Status


    List Bill: On the 22nd of month MPB generates and sends to employer list-bill due upon receipt for 1st of  the following month. 

    If not paid by the 10th the Employer Group is Suspended (No Claims will be paid).

    If  Not Paid by the 1st of the following month the account will be terminated.
